Dear friends,
Giulia is from Como, Adrien from Lyon. One summer, a yellow Vespa broke down in front of the Rusconi family café in Tremezzo. It took three days to repair it, and five summers to understand that we would not be leaving.
On July 10 we are getting married in the church where Giulia was baptized, then at the Villa del Balbianello, on its wooded point reaching out into the lake.
We would love you to be there, from the first spritz to the last crossing.
We would love you to be there for the dancing, until the last boat.

The villa is reached from the jetty, then by stone stairs: choose block heels or flat sandals.
Lake hotels book up by spring for July, so we have reserved a room block: use the code GA-2027 by May 1, after which rooms go back to the seasonal rate.

Getting here
Milan, then the lake
Fly to Milan, then an hour and a quarter by road to Tremezzo. On the lake everything is by water: on Saturday, our boats link the hotels, the church and the villa.
After the dancing, they keep running until three in the morning.

Wedding gifts
In September the yellow Vespa heads down to the Amalfi coast. We have spotted a Riva to rent for a morning in Positano, a table at Da Salvatore in Ravello and a room with a view in Praiano: if you would like to add to it, this is the place.
Very little: in July the lake is flat and the crossing takes a quarter of an hour. The boats are covered and have proper seats.
A Lenno taxi-boat is on call until 4 am on +39 344 123 4567: say you are coming from the villa. Failing that, the path to Lenno takes twenty minutes on foot, phone flashlight in hand.
No, the point is a listed garden and the water is deep there. For that, the Lenno lido awaits you on Sunday, with a diving board and towels.
No, the lido is ours from noon to 5 pm. Simply check the box in the form so the kitchen counts your plate.
Yes, and they have their own boat: two nannies take them over to the villa, then look after them in a room of their own.
It is better, the lake takes some getting to. On Friday at 1 pm we are having lunch at La Darsena on the Tremezzo harbor: come without notice, the table is long.
A photographer from Como follows the day, you will receive everything in September. During mass, keep phones in pockets: the point will do the rest.
