First names, email, wedding date and venue, plus the wording and photos you provide for the design; your guests' RSVP replies (name, attendance, dietary needs, message).

When you enter your names and email in the cart, we save them with the design, plan and extras you picked, even if you don't pay. We use them only to help you finish that order, for example with a quick note if your payment didn't go through. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before an order. No newsletter, no resale, no advertising. Kept for six months at most, and removed sooner if you ask at hello@yesandyesagain.com.
RSVP replies are visible to the couple in their portal and are deleted twelve months after the wedding, or sooner on request.
To improve the site, we measure visits without cookies: pages viewed, where visitors come from, approximate country and city, device, time spent, clicks and checkout steps. IP addresses are never kept. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. Data is hosted in Paris (Supabase), never shared, and deleted after thirteen months. On the public pages of our website (never on your invitation or in your client portal), we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta sets cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and receives your IP address, your device, the pages you view and, where applicable, the ad click ID; this data is processed by Meta Platforms, including in the United States. You can opt out in the ad settings of your Meta account and by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Details in the cookie policy.
So our ads reach the right people, we also share with Meta, as an irreversible hash (SHA-256), the email, first name, last name and phone number you enter in a form or at checkout, along with your city, state or region, ZIP or postal code and country, taken from your billing address or your connection. Order details come with them: design, plan, amount and order number. Meta uses them to match an existing account, never to contact you.
