Your invitation opens on a few seconds of video: shutters, a sealed envelope or a theater curtain revealing your illustrated venue. Then the page becomes your invitation, with the schedule, all the details and the RSVP.
Each of the 20 designs has its own opening video, full-screen and vertical, made for a phone held in one hand.
In Signature, your venue is illustrated in the style of the design and placed on the cover; in Essential, it is an extra ($29).
The cover illustration becomes a video loop: a moving sky, shimmering water, light that breathes. Included in Signature, an extra in Essential ($35).
Every design has its own music, started by the guest with a tap, never forced. In Signature, we create original instrumental music for you.
Guests in a hurry skip the intro with one tap and land straight on the invitation. Guests with time watch it to the end.
Schedule, venues and directions, where to stay, dress code, honeymoon fund, online RSVP: everything a video file cannot hold.
A video invitation, the way free tools mean it, is a file: a clip of thirty seconds or so that you send as is. It gets watched once, sinks into the chat and answers none of the questions: where to stay, what time, how to RSVP.
Ours is a page at your own address, such as yesandyesagain.com/emma-and-james. The video is only the opening. Behind it, your guests find everything they need and RSVP online; you follow the replies from your portal, with the guest list and the seating chart.
An animated invitation is something else again: what the guest does with it, the card they scratch, the sleeve they open. Our designs combine both; the details are on the animated invitations page.
You send one link. Right in the chat, your guests already see your envelope, your names and the date; one tap, and the video opens, vertical, with no app and no download, on iPhone and Android alike. The same link goes by text, by email or inside a QR code for your printed cards.
Every demo opens exactly as your guests will receive it. Pick the one you love: our team builds it with your details, at the level of your plan.

A few seconds: long enough to open the envelope or the shutters and reveal the venue. It is short on purpose, a button lets guests skip it, and the full invitation is right behind it.
Portrait, full screen, the shape of a phone held the normal way: that is how your guests will open it from WhatsApp. On a computer, the page sits in the center of the screen, in the same proportions.
Yes, and it is the most common way: you share the link, the preview shows your envelope and your names, and the video opens with one tap. Text, email and QR code work the same way.
Free tools let you assemble a video file from a template and send it as is. Our invitations are paid, from $69 as a one-time payment, because our designers build yours for you and it includes the whole page: RSVP, guest list management, seating chart, your own web address with your names.
Essential, $69: the design with its intro and music. Signature, $199: your venue illustrated and animated, original music created for you. Bespoke, $449: an intro created for you. One payment per wedding, no subscription.
A page, at your own address, that starts with a video. You can update it until your wedding day (times, venues, wording) without sending anything again: your guests keep the same link.
