If you don't love your invitation, we'll refund you in full. Just ask, no reason needed, as long as it hasn't been sent to your guests. The refund covers everything you paid for the order, extras included. It goes back to the card you paid with and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your invitation counts as sent as soon as you share its link with your guests or publish it for them, by any means: text, email, QR code or your client portal. Until then, you can ask for a refund at any time, even after approving a version. After that, the order can no longer be refunded, except for a duplicate payment, which is always refunded in full.
Something isn't right? Tell us, and we'll first offer to fix it with the rounds of revisions included in your plan. It's an offer, not a condition: until your invitation is sent to your guests, you can ask for a refund instead.
The guarantee applies once per couple, and a refunded invitation is taken offline. Extras bought after your order follow the same rule: refunded as long as the invitation hasn't been sent to your guests. The same goes for a save the date ordered on its own, as long as it hasn't been sent.
A gift card can't be refunded or exchanged for cash, except for an error reported within fourteen days of purchase, as long as it hasn't been used. If an order paid in whole or in part with a gift card is refunded, the amount paid with the card goes back onto its code.
Because your invitation is made to your specifications and is clearly personalized, the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases does not apply (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code; Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Our guarantee, described above, applies instead. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
Your invitation can still be changed, as explained below, and you can move up to a higher plan before final delivery, paying only the difference.
Every plan includes rounds of design revisions: 2 with Essential, 4 with Signature, 7 with Bespoke. A round covers all the feedback you send at once; corrections to your details don't count.
Once your included rounds are used, each additional round is $19.
No fees: the date, venues, times and wording on your invitation can be changed as often as you need until the big day, even if your wedding is postponed. Your guests keep the same link.
