The price is paid in full when you order, by card through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed by email with your order code.
We deliver a first draft within the timeline stated for each plan, followed by the included rounds of design revisions (2, 4 or 7). Your details (date, times, addresses, wording) can be changed free of charge until the wedding day, even if the wedding is postponed.
The illustrations, animations and code remain the property of Yes and yes again; the couple receives a license to use them for their wedding. Photos provided by the couple remain their property.
The invitation is published at a web address with your names and stays online with no time limit, with no fees or renewal, for as long as the Yes and yes again service exists. You can ask us to take it offline at any time.
A gift card is valid for five years from purchase, on any order on the site, in one or several uses, in the currency in which it was bought; any remaining balance stays on the code until that date. It is not refundable or exchangeable for cash, except for an error reported within fourteen days of purchase, as long as it has not been used. A lost card will be resent on request to the buyer's email address.
Just ask, and we'll refund your order in full, extras included, as long as the invitation hasn't been sent to your guests (its link shared with them, or the invitation published for them). We'll first offer to fix what you don't like with the revisions included in your plan; the refund is still yours if you ask for it before the invitation is sent. The guarantee applies once per couple; extras bought after your order and save the dates ordered on their own follow the same rule. Once the invitation is sent, the order can no longer be refunded, except for a duplicate payment. Gift cards follow section 6. Full details in our refund policy.
French law. In the event of a dispute, we will seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. This English version is provided for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
